  • What inspired you to enter this field?

    What motivates me in product development is the potential for technology to improve customer experiences. I’ve focused on growing my technical and product knowledge while maintaining a strong connection to customer needs.

  • What are you responsible for at Impact Reporting?

    I have a background in customer success and now serve as the Head of Product and Success at Impact Reporting. My role is to enhance our application and ensure it meets the needs and expectations of all stakeholders. My journey in this field has been driven by a deep-seated belief in the importance of customer satisfaction and product excellence.

    Significant achievements for me include progressing through a renowned grad scheme, contributing to digital product advancements, and playing a key role in Impact’s success.

    Hiking, holidays, and being with friends and family.
