Elise Williamson, Technical Account Manager

Elise Williamson is Technical Account Manager at Impact Reporting, working side by side with clients to design, configure and adopt the platform to their exact needs. With 10+ years across SaaS, ESG and creative production, she turns complex, multi-stakeholder requirements into simple, reliable workflows. Calm and people-first, Elise co-designs with users and translates strategy into build from onboarding through optimisation. Previously she produced large-scale campaigns for brands such as Ray-Ban and led projects across the cultural and public sectors; she also runs a community-interest company. Her focus is practical impact: software that fits how teams work, and implementations that deliver value from day one.

“Do not wait for leaders. Do it alone, person to person.”

– Mother Teresa

  • What inspired you to enter this field?

After years of working across events, culture and brand activations, I started to feel the pull toward work that created more than just a moment – I wanted to be part of something with lasting value. I’ve always loved producing and connecting people, but what really shifted things for me was seeing how the creative and commercial worlds could intersect with social purpose.

When I began working with Impact Reporting, helping to build social value accounts and support stakeholders in reporting meaningful outcomes, it clicked. I realised how much of my skillset – managing complex projects, communicating clearly across teams, keeping everything moving under pressure – could directly contribute to organisations doing real good.

  • What are you responsible for at Impact Reporting?

As Client Success Manager at Impact Reporting, I lead the setup and optimisation of tailored social value accounts on our SaaS platform, helping clients track and showcase their impact with ease. From configuring online accounts to supporting B2B stakeholders with strategy, metrics, and technical troubleshooting, I ensure our users get the most out of the platform by driving better social value outcomes through data-led insight and intuitive design.

  • What are your career highlights?

One of my proudest achievements was leading the Ray-Ban Pulse Tour, a high-profile brand activation delivered across two major UK cities within a one-month turnaround.

Another standout moment has been my work with Impact Reporting, where I’ve supported clients in building and managing social value accounts. Through this, I’ve helped organisations map their impact more clearly, engage with ESG priorities, and align their operations with purposeful, measurable outcomes.

And most recently, I co-produced Monty Python and the Foley Grail – an immersive expanded cinema experience that brought together community engagement, public funding, and large-scale delivery.

  • Top 3 loves?

    1. A crisp cold glass of New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc on a Friday evening in the sun
    2. Long hot baths for solo pamper time
    3. When you are having family/friend time with good food and good company
  • What gets you up in the morning?

Making the coffee for myself and playing a mini mind game on my phone is a regular wake up routine ahead of walking the dog!

  • My favourite city in the world to visit would be...

Tokyo! My partner and I would love to have a trip to Japan to see the Cherry Blossom in bloom!

  • Outside of work you can find me...

Either snug on the couch with my pooch watching films/gaming or heading out to a gig/rave/on the road to see friends and family across the UK for family road trips with the hound and my partner! Or just gardening – since getting my own house in my 30’s, I love to be out there and have become quite the agriculturalist!
