Lauren is the Head of Sales at Impact, where she leads all sales activities and helps clients overcome challenges in their impact reporting. A natural conversationalist and problem-solver, Lauren is passionate about building connections and driving positive change. Her journey is fueled by a deep-seated desire to contribute to a fairer, more inclusive society. Seeing people held back by barriers hits home for her, and she's committed to helping organisations create a better world. She takes pride in refining the sales function and enhancing the product for valued customers, finding immense reward in witnessing their growth alongside Impact’s.

  • What inspired you to enter this field?

    My journey has been inspired by a deep-seated desire to contribute to a fairer, more inclusive society. Seeing people held back from opportunities they deserve and a decent quality of life, especially those facing barriers in our society really hits home for me. If we can help organisations on their mission to create a fairer, more inclusive world then it feels good to be a part of that.  

  • What are you responsible for at Impact Reporting?

    As the head of sales, I oversee all sales activities and strive to alleviate the challenges our clients face in their impact reporting processes. I’m a conversationalist by nature, driven by a passion for building connections and driving positive change. 

  • What are your career highlights?

    Reflecting on my career, a few standout achievements come to mind. Progressing to head of sales in a startup environment allowed me to build and refine our sales function, contributing to the continuous improvement of our product for our valued customers. Transitioning from recruitment to SaaS broadened my horizons. It meant stepping out of my comfort zone and discovering how my sales skills can be transferred into a new and industry. Working closely with our diverse range of customers has been immensely rewarding, and witnessing their growth alongside ours has been a testament to the value we bring to the table.

  • What gets you up in the morning?

    The excitement of a new day, where anything could happen. Some of the best moments of my life have caught me by surprise.  

  • My favourite city in the world to visit would be...

    Venice, Italy. There is something overpoweringly beautiful when looking at the buildings and the architecture from The Grand Canal.  

  • Outside of work you can find me...

    Spending time with the people I love, who fill my heart with laughter and make my soul feel full.

    My bunny Rudy, road trips overseas, and laughing.
