Great examples of social value work worth showcasing

In a space too often dominated by box-ticking and buzzwords, the Co-op’s 2024 highlights report is a refreshing example of what meaningful impact reporting should look like. It’s people-focused, transparent, and rooted in real outcomes — not just outputs. From fair pay to community investment, it tells a story of values in action.
Why it stands out:
– Clear links between actions and outcomes
– Honest reflection on challenges as well as wins
– A consistent thread of purpose throughout
